What the public website collects

If you request a free audit, we collect the practice name, work email, and public business-profile or website link you provide. Basic technical logs may also be processed by Cloudflare for security and reliability.

How service delivery works

We review only public business pages and public reviews supplied or identified for the engagement. We do not request account credentials, patient records, or private clinical information. Your practice approves and publishes every response.

Why we use request information

We use it to prepare and deliver the requested audit, contact you about the request, improve the product, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent this information.

Where requests are stored

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Service requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database with access limited to the people operating the pilot.

What not to send

Submit only public business links. Do not send patient names, appointment details, records, health information, or other protected information through this website or service.

Retention and your choices

We retain service-request records only as reasonably needed for follow-up, product operations, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hasanshahriarpappu@gmail.com.
