Service
Chairside is a managed review-response service. We prepare drafts and escalation notes from public information; the practice remains the final editor, approver, and publisher.
Appropriate use
Provide only public business links and public review content. Do not send patient information, protected health information, credentials, confidential clinical data, or unlawful content.
Scope and pricing
The free audit covers five public reviews and includes three drafts or escalation notes. The 30-Day Review Reply Reset is $795 upfront for one location, up to 25 backlog reviews and up to 30 new reviews during the service period. Final scope and payment instructions are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Your responsibilities
A practice remains responsible for final editorial, privacy, regulatory, and publishing decisions. Chairside is not legal, medical, HIPAA, or regulatory advice.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee ratings, rankings, review volume, patient acquisition, revenue, compliance, or other business outcomes.
First Five Fit Guarantee
We deliver the first five drafts, make one requested revision, and offer cancellation with a refund if fewer than four of the five are approved after that revision. This guarantee applies only to the 30-Day Review Reply Reset.
